An AI live chat with voice for your website
Most website chats wait for someone to type. Lyxvo's AI live chat also talks and listens: a visitor can ask out loud, hear the answer in their own language, and keep the conversation going without touching the keyboard.
What it does
- Answers from your facts. You write what your business offers (products, prices, opening hours, delivery, contact). The assistant answers only from that, so it does not make up prices or promises; when it does not know, it points to your contact.
- Speaks your visitor's language. It replies in the language of the visitor's latest message, even when your facts are written in another one.
- Talks and listens. Answers are read aloud as soon as the chat opens, in the language of the answer. The visitor can tap the microphone and just speak; after the answer is read, the chat listens again, so it works like a short phone call. One tap on the speaker turns the voice off.
- Short answers for voice. When a question is spoken, the answer comes back short and in spoken style, without lists or links, so it is easy to listen to.
Why voice costs nothing extra
The voice runs in the visitor's own browser (the Web Speech API that Chrome, Edge and Safari ship). Turning speech into text and reading the answer aloud happen on their device, so there is no extra charge per minute. Only the text answer uses the AI, the same as a typed question.

The voice is the visitor's browser voice, so it can sound a little different from one device to another. Edge and Safari often have very natural voices; on Windows, more languages can be added in Settings → Time & language → Speech.
Set it up in three steps
- Open Lyxvo live chat and write about your business: what you sell, prices, opening hours, how to order and how to reach you.
- Pick the look (title, colour, light or dark, the corner) and list the website domains it may answer on.
- Copy the one script tag and paste it before
</body>on your site. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Blogger, Google Tag Manager and plain HTML.
Good to know
- The widget's own words (the message box, the send button) follow the visitor's browser language, with English for languages it does not have yet.
- A visitor who prefers silence taps the speaker once; the choice is kept while the tab is open.
- Each live chat answers only on the domains you list, so nobody can copy your script to another site.
